As individuals develop in the teaching of Evolutionary Enlightenment, their attention gradually shifts from their own personal evolution to the creation of a new culture. This course is specifically designed for those individuals who have experienced the transformative power of Evolutionary Enlightenment, who have learned how to put the teaching into practice with consistency, and who now want the opportunity to work closely with expert mentors and committed peers to create a shared culture of perpetual development. If you are ready to embrace a spiritual orientation where your development is fundamentally no longer for yourself, but rather is for the evolution of culture, this course is for you.

For over 25 years Andrew Cohen and his students at EnlightenNext have worked together to create a living laboratory of transformation, and have succeeded in stabilizing a culture where the primary shared value is continuous development beyond ego. Through this experience of working collaboratively with his own students, Andrew has mastered how to orchestrate this type of cultural transformation by creating dynamic relationships between experienced mentors and small groups of committed peers, called “Holons.”

Participants in the Advanced Training will join a Peer Holon and be assigned a Senior Mentor who has a minimum of 15 years of experience working in this unique structure of transformational Holons. Through weekly Holon meetings, monthly presentations, and close guidance from their Senior Mentor, everyone in this course will begin to create a feedback cycle of inspiration, development, fellowship, and an ultimately profound sense of shared purpose. This form of individual and cultural transformation is the pinnacle of the practice of Evolutionary Enlightenment.

We have been so moved by your obvious dedication to development over the past year that we made it a top priority to design a next step that would match your growing commitment. Through this course, we invite you, our most committed and inspired Evolutionaries, to work in close partnership with some of Andrew’s most senior and experienced teachers to become ambassadors for bringing the fruits of this teaching into culture.

This course is the most intensive and supportive developmental program we have ever offered in the 25-year history of EnlightenNext. In order to provide a high-level of guidance and mentorship, we are limiting the number of participants in The Advanced Training Program to 64. And, to ensure a high-level of participation and commitment, all participants must have been an EnlightenNext Evolutionary for a minimum of 1 year, as well as submit a special application for enrollment (see below).

Meet your Senior Teachers

These four Senior Teachers will be leading your Men’s and Women’s Presentations and overseeing the program:

Carter Phipps is the Executive Editor of EnlightenNext magazine. He is a longtime student of Evolutionary Enlightenment, and his first book, Evolutionaries, will be released in Spring 2012.	Rob van Vliet is EnlightenNext’s Global Events Manager and Director of the EnlightenNext Amsterdam center. He is a pioneer in evolutionary health and fitness.
Mary Adams, a founding member of EnlightenNext, has been a spiritual practitioner for nearly 40 years. She is EnlightenNext’s Retreat Director and one of Andrew Cohen’s first students.	Elizabeth Debold, EdD, is Senior Editor of EnlightenNext magazine, as well as a best-selling author, internationally renowned gender researcher, and cultural commentator.

Meet your Senior Mentors:

These eight Senior Mentors will be guiding your Peer Holon meetings and Forums for Philosophical Inquiry:

Rodrigo Tarazza is a classical flautist, jazz saxophonist, and with Andrew Cohen, the cofounder of the jazz-funk collective Unfulfilled Desires. He is one of Andrew Cohen’s first students.	Patrick Bryson is Director of Education and Membership for EnlightenNext’s London Center. A professional artist and graphic designer, his work often appears in EnlightenNext magazine.
Faheem Nusrat is the Operations Director for EnlightenNext’s London Center and and works to build relationships with organizations exploring the significance of a new spiritual paradigm for the 21st century.	Sri Pingali, Principal Consultant to a leading business-consulting firm, combines his passion for evolutionary spirituality with a keen interest in science, technology, and social systems.
Alka Arora has been a spiritual practitioner for over three decades and is instrumental in creating EnlightenNext’s women’s programs.	Katrin Karneth is Operations Manager for the EnlightenNext Center in Frankfurt and Publisher of the German edition of EnlightenNext magazine.
Rosalind Bennett is the principal creator of EnlightenNext’s video productions, working closely with Andrew to document the unfolding development of his teachings.	Willa Geertsema co-founded the EnlightenNext center in Amsterdam and holds a certificate in Integral Theory. In 2012 she’ll publish papers on the meeting point of Evolutionary Enlightenment and Integral Theory

In his work with his closest students, Andrew Cohen has found that there are developmental advantages to organizing Holons along gender lines, and over time he has identified several key areas that men and women must focus on in order to evolve.

In your weekly Holon meetings, you will be inquiring into the topics presented by your Senior Teachers, and with the help of your Senior Mentor and your Peer Holon, you will develop month by month as an individual and a group in relationship to these areas of gender development. In doing so, you will be taking on the vital task of defining what it means to be an evolving man or women in the 21st century.
