A Yearlong Course in Living Evolutionary Enlightenment
Once you’ve experienced the transformative potential of Evolutionary Enlightenment, you may find yourself wanting to make your life an expression of the awakened perspective and spiritual depth that you’ve seen. You may also be wondering how to take the next step and begin to live a life that is infused with evolutionary purpose.
Authentic change is challenging, but a supportive environment and clear guidance can make all the difference. In moments of inspiration it may seem easy to be an Evolutionary, but living a life of consistent development is a subtle and demanding endeavor.
For more than 25 years, the mission of EnlightenNext has been to create a shared culture where evolutionary transformation is not only possible but the norm. And after decades of work under the masterful guidance of Andrew Cohen, our senior teachers have become adept at living—and training others in—the art and science of Evolutionary Enlightenment.
The Applied Training Program is a virtual course that will give you the full benefit of this quarter-century of experience. Taught by four of the most senior teachers at EnlightenNext, this course will give you the tools and the expert guidance you need to learn how to walk an evolutionary spiritual path.
 Jeff Carreira is the Director of Education. He creates and oversees educational programs and events, inspiring a global network of EnlightenNext Practitioners. He has been responsible for training and designing courses for more than eighty teachers of Evolutionary Enlightenment.

 Amy Edelstein is Executive Assistant to Andrew Cohen and a founding member of EnlightenNext. She regularly facilitates workshops on the theory and practice of Evolutionary Enlightenment and special programming on women’s development.

 Chris Parish has been studying with Andrew Cohen since 1986. As Cohen’s most senior student and teacher of Evolutionary Enlightenment, Chris has played a key role throughout the history of EnlightenNext. He is the Managing Director of the EnlightenNext Center in London.

 Tom Steininger, is the Managing Director of the EnlightenNext Center in Frankfurt. He holds a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Vienna, and gives regular public talks throughout Germany on the topics of integral spirituality and conscious evolution.

This course is comprised of 10 monthly modules, each focusing on a key theme of Evolutionary Enlightenment (see bullet point list below), with weekly sessions that will deepen your understanding, strengthen your practice, and help you discriminate wisely so that you can evolve.
Each week you will take part in the following facilitated conference calls:
Week 1: Presentation by senior teachers on a key theme of Evolutionary Enlightenment.
Week 2: Small group discussion with EnlightenNext mentors on the theme of the month.
Week 3: Q&A session with senior teachers, and practice exercises to help you more deeply explore and understand the current topic.
Week 4: Discussion with EnlightenNext mentors on the practice exercises.
From October through July, you will cover 10 foundational themes of Evolutionary Enlightenment:
- Catalyzing the Evolution of Consciousness and Culture
- The Three Step Process of Evolutionary Enlightenment
- Spiritual Self Confidence and the Ultimate Source of Self
- Spirit as Being and Becoming
- Embracing Big Ideas
- Clarity of Intention
- Soul Strength and Stage Development
- Intention, Volition and Attention: The First Three Tenets
- The Five Tenets as Path and Goal
- The Process Perspective and Cosmic Conscience
In August you’ll either be applying your training alongside other Applied Training participants on the summer Being & Becoming retreat, or you’ll be receiving exclusive real-time audios and updates from the retreat. In September there will be course sessions designed to facilitate your reflection on the previous year’s program and prepare for the next annual cycle of development.
The Applied Training Program begins October 5, 2011. You will join one of two sessions held every Wednesday, which we have scheduled to suit different time zones and to provide continuity with your senior teacher and fellow evolutionaries. Chris Parish and Tom Steininger will host the calls at 3:00 pm US Eastern Time (ET) and Jeff Carreira and Amy Edelstein will host the calls at 9:00 pm ET. You will have the opportunity to select which time schedule you would like to join after registration.
Tuition: $970 for the entire course or $97 paid monthly.
